ADVENTURE
Maximus overlooks the Kalo Livadi beach – one of the island's most quickly developing areas. Just below you can discover all the south-eastern side of Mykonos has to offer, such as Solymar, Spilia, Agia Anna, Kalaftis beach, Alemagou, Lohan and more. Explore Mykonos in the cars provided to Maximus' guests upon request. Or rent your own private 12m speed boat, Maeraki, to visit some of the other nearby islands of the Cyclades.

Bluetooth connection for every room, Airplay & Sonos set-up for common spaces, both internal & external, accompanied by incredible speakers & powerful subwoofers, enable villa guests to enjoy their preferred tunes, regardless of the part of the villa they are in.
CULTURE
Indulge in classic Greek cuisine in the villa's double kitchen and various dining areas, situated at the heart of Maximus' first level. If you enjoy cooking yourself or prefer to use our private chef, in this kitchen you can discover all the fresh ingredients this Greek island has to offer.

Located on the third level of Maximus, we have created a fully equipped workspace. The area can serve as a meeting or conference room, as well as a space to design, exchange and connect.

Maximus has been carefully designed with the key driving force of elevating the human experience. Within this concept lie two sides: activation and rejuvenation. Activations are, simply put, higher energy situations like dancing, congregating, sharing and exploring.
